About The Institute for Team Management
Background
ITM was founded by Benjamin Stephens, the author of the guidebook Team Management for Professionals.
Benjamin was a county commissioner with the NHS, leading multi-disciplinary team development programmes and staff learning and development opportunities for one of the biggest organisations in the UK. Before ITM, Benjamin also chaired the agile ways of working group at the Cabinet Office in the UK to improve organisational effectiveness. In addition, he previously developed learning material for the Government of Australia.
ITM now provide practical team management training for professionals and organisations.
