About The Institute for Team Management
The Background
ITM was founded by Benjamin Stephens, author of the guidebook 'Team Management for Professionals'. Ben previously led teams of staff at the Cabinet Office and developed training material for the Government of Australia. Prior to ITM, Ben led multi-disciplinary team clinical leadership programmes for the NHS. The highly rated book has been sold worldwide and ITM utilises case studies and the latest research to continue to train excellent team managers.
ITM facilitate interactive workshops and provide one-to-one personalised training sessions. The ITM framework has been moulded over the years and incorporates key concepts from business management and psychology.
ITM are based in West London.
